Break into sustainability with clarity and confidence
The climate job market is growing, but knowing how to enter and where you fit isn’t always straightforward. This course is built for professionals ready to step into the field of sustainability but unsure how to translate their skills or where to start. You’ll explore emerging career paths, gain focus through self-reflection, and learn how to narrate your story in a way that resonates.

We keep things practical. You’ll walk away with refined application materials, 1:1 feedback on your CV, and a downloadable job-hunting Notion board to help you stay organized. You’ll also practice reaching out to people in the field using tested cold message templates and participating in networking opportunities where you can meet fellow professionals and industry mentors.

Make your strengths work harder
You don’t need to start from scratch. In the second week, you will identify your existing skills and learn how to frame them in a way that makes sense for the climate space. You’ll build a strengths map, spot patterns in feedback from people who know you well, and start shaping your next move with more intention.
Find your niche in the ecosystem
By the third week, you will know what you bring, and it's time to figure out where you're going. This module opens the spectrum of green careers from policy to product design and from comms to finance. You’ll pick a niche (or two), map out what it takes to get there, and start crafting a career story that feels like you.
